Shown above is the schematic diagram of the ground level of Tramway Plaza, as announced in a morning press conference on Thursday. The Plaza will be rebuilt by the City Parks Department with new planting beds, fences, shrubs, and trees, pavement, security lighting, and a water supply and draining system. It’s a $779,000 plan, with all but $11,000 coming from Solow Development, which has plans for adjacent land. The City is providing the $11,000 portion.
